This is the King's Kern Divide from the north. The cliff in the center is Gregory's Monument. The other side of it is nearly as steep as this side. I have a picture of the other side of this ridge on my Sherpherd's Pass page, which shows a frozen waterfall. Mt Stanford is the high point right of center, at nearly 14,000' elevation. It is the southern of the two Mt Stanford's in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
