This is a siamese-twin Stream Orchid - the only double-wide orchid I've ever seen. Two orchids in one flower. My picture number 177 shows a normal one. Type 177 in the search box at the bottom, and click GO!!   Stream Orchid is Epipactus gigantea (Orchid family)
