Not to be confused with Ruby Finch Peak, on the other side of the valley. I have decided to backpack into Little Lakes Valley. The last several miles of the road were snowcovered so I had to hike it. Past the end of the road the land opens up into Little Lakes Valley. How far into the valley can I get? Watch and see! Ruby Peak guards the entrance. How about that steep cliff, eh? That's called Ruby Wall. I bet you a nickel that the rock climbers love it. Looks like a good place to jump off of, like, if you had a hang glider or something. Probably get some good air.
