This is the final picture of my spring survey, taken on April 8th. It shows a view of the 13,240' mountain from Owen's Valley floor, as it emerges from a retreating snowstorm. While waiting for the storm to move away, I found an old handmade silver-plated spoon, partly buried in the ground. It had probably been there a hundred years as the ground built up around it.
